Using the website and/or registering as a user implies acceptance of the terms and conditions described herein.
- a) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all commercial relationships between Sexitive Spain and its customer, in the version in force at the time the contract is signed.

- c) According to Art. 1 (a), both consumers and entrepreneurs are considered customers. A consumer is any natural person whose order is not attributable to industrial, independent, or professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership placing an order for industrial, independent, or professional purposes.
- CONTRACT FORMALIZATION
These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the full contract that governs the purchase conditions of the products made available to users by Sexitive Spain on the website.
Accessing or using the website by the user, as well as purchasing any product, necessarily and unreservedly implies knowledge and acceptance of these conditions of use. Therefore, it is recommended that users read them carefully each time they wish to purchase a product.
- PRODUCT PURCHASE
3.1. How to purchase a product
To place product orders, the user must follow the purchase procedure on the website and read and accept these Terms and Conditions of Use. Sexitive Spain will then send an email to the user confirming that the order has been accepted. The contract between the user and Sexitive Spain is finalized once the user receives purchase confirmation. Only the products listed in the order will be subject to the contract.
3.2. Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If, after sending the shipping confirmation, Sexitive Spain is unable to supply the requested product for any reason, the user will be contacted as soon as possible. In such a case, Sexitive Spain may:
- a) Offer the user, at no additional cost, a product with similar features and specifications, provided they meet the user’s needs; and/or
- b) Offer to cancel the order and refund the amount paid within 15 business days.
3.3. Refusal to process an order
Sexitive Spain reserves the right to remove any product from the website at any time and to delete or modify any material or content, and will not be liable to the user or any third party for removing any product from the website, regardless of whether the product has been sold or not.
3.4. Return guarantee
- Customers may return products within 15 days of receipt and are entitled to a refund of the purchase price. The period begins after receipt of the goods.
- The return guarantee only applies if the products are intact, sealed, complete, and in their original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The return guarantee applies to all products.
Upon successful receipt of the goods by the provider within the 15-day period and if all the above conditions are met, the customer will be refunded the full purchase price.
3.5. Product delivery
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the user when placing the order within approximately one to seven business days from the time they leave the Sexitive Spain warehouse, depending on the destination.
Sexitive Spain assumes no responsibility when delivery fails due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete data provided by the user or due to reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user or customs retention.
Sexitive Spain does not guarantee delivery at specific times. If the buyer indicates a preferred delivery date or time slot, it will be understood as merely indicative.
Delivery times are approximate, although Sexitive Spain strives to meet them. There is no pickup or delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, which affects delivery date calculation.
3.6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs include transportation, insurance, and customs clearance at origin. If your order passes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional charges incurred.
3.7. PRODUCT PRICE AND PAYMENT
The applicable prices for each product will be those published on the website at the time the user places the order.
- a) Payment methods
The user may pay by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express credit or debit cards, or by bank transfer. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, the user’s card data will be encrypted.
- b) Value Added Tax (VAT)
The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at the time, depending on the specific product.

The following activities are prohibited under credit card brand programs: the sale or offer of any product or service not in full compliance with applicable laws for the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. Additionally, the following activities are explicitly prohibited:
