SHIPPING POLICY

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the user when placing the order within approximately one to seven business days from the time they leave the Sexitive Spain warehouse, depending on the destination.

Sexitive Spain assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the product cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the user or when the delivery cannot be made due to reasons beyond the control of the assigned shipping company, such as the absence of the user or customs retention.

Sexitive Spain does not guarantee that order deliveries will be made at specific and exact times. If the buyer specifies a particular delivery date or indicates a preferred time slot, it will be understood as merely indicative.

Delivery times are approximate, although Sexitive Spain constantly strives to meet them. There is no pickup or delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, which affects the calculation of delivery dates.

Shipping costs and approximate delivery times are informed during the purchase process, depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

  1. International and Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipments are made from mainland Spain, so any shipment outside the European Union must go through customs. Our shipments are made under the DAP Incoterm, which means that the shipping costs reported do not include customs management fees at the destination, taxes, or duties. These fees will be informed by the carrier at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs include transportation, insurance, and customs clearance at the origin (Spain). If your order goes through any customs, we are not responsible for any additional charges this may entail.

  • Q: Do I Have to Pay Duties (Customs Fee) When I Receive My Package?

A: For orders to the Canary Islands and countries outside the European Union, prices are shown without taxes. These orders are subject to the destination’s taxes and customs duties.

These charges and procedures are the responsibility of the customer/consignee. They must be paid to the carrier upon delivery. The customer is responsible for paying all government taxes, administrative fees, and customs duties charged by a carrier when using the website or making a purchase.

A: All orders are prepared very early. Therefore, once the purchase is made, it cannot be modified. If this issue occurs, you must contact customer service via the email address ventas@sexitive.eu.

  • Q:I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

  • Q: How does the Return Policy work?

A: At Sexitive Spain, we like to keep things simple, so you can return any of our retail products within 15 days of delivery and receive a refund.

To receive your refund, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

 

Sexitive Spain will cover the costs in case of a mistake or error in our delivery. In case of a return or exchange, the customer must contact customer service via the email address ventas@sexitive.eu.

  • Q:When will I receive my refund amount?

A: Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email informing you about your refund, which will take about 5 business days to be reflected in your bank account. The refund will be made using the original payment method.

  1. Order Cancellation

We work quickly to pack and ship your items. This means your order cannot be modified or canceled once we have processed and/or shipped it. This includes exchanging products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted order to receive a refund.
